Laurie McAllister - Yoga teacher

She has been practicing yoga for eight years, and started teaching hatha, vinyasa flow and yin yoga in 2017. She is passionate about physical and mental wellbeing and is working to make not drinking cool. Laurie runs the alcohol free lifestyle blog Girl & Tonic http://girlandtonic.co.uk/ where she shares stories on yoga, not drinking and much more.

Kerry Wheeler - Massage Therapist

Kerry is a qualified Sports and Swedish Massage Therapist.  She qualified in Swedish massage in 2014 and became fascinated with the effect of massage on the human body and mind.  Kerry achieved her Level 3 VTCT Sports Massage qualification in 2015 and completed her Level 5 BTEC in Soft Tissue Therapy in 2017.
