If you are concerned as to whether it’s suitable for you to stop or reduce your intake of any particular substance, including alcohol, do not do so until you have discussed it with your Doctor. This is particularly important if you are using any substance (including alcohol) daily.
The on line programme, free videos, ebook and the techniques in it are not a substitute for medical counselling. We are not responsible for any ill health resulting in participating in any exercises from this website, programmes, materials. Enjoy our programmes and support.
Its is a self learning video programme. There is a mixture of information given; Written and Audio depending on your preference, Tasks set and learning. The techniques are grounded in coaching and NLP. Some of the techniques are easier than others, everyone is different. So some days will really work for you and others may not. Thats ok, thats why I have designed a really comprehensive programme, with everything you need in there. I have seen people make changes with just one of the techniques.
Yes completely, no one will know that you are taking part in any of the programmes and or coaching, unless you choose to tell them how good it is.
It depends on which support is suitable for you.
In the Stop Drinking Start Living programme most of the techniques can be completed in 10 minutes, you can take longer over them if you want to. The idea is that you learn the techniques and integrate them into your everyday life, use them regularly.
The group coaching is about 1 hr a week.
The 1-1 coaching is set with you at times that are convenient for you.
If you take part in the intensive coaching option this will take up quite some time. However if you need this, then I strongly recommend you prioritise your health and the support.
“NLP is the study of excellence and how to reproduce it”
– John Grinder, co-founder NLP.
When it comes to the field of personal and interpersonal skills development, NLP is at the cutting edge. NLP offers powerful yet simple and practical step-by-step methods for developing your skills in communication, self-awareness and personal development. NLP can be used for achieving positive results in almost any area of human experience.
The name NLP describes the interconnectedness of our neurological processes (Neuro) to language (Linguistic) and that these processes have a particular organization (Programming) that affects our behaviour.
“The most powerful tools, that I know of, for defining human needs and being able to fill those needs quickly and elegantly come from the technology known as NLP.”
– Anthony Robbins
Hypnotherapy is a form of complementary therapy that utilises the power of positive suggestion to bring about subconscious change to our thoughts, feelings and behaviour.
The process itself aims to alter our state of consciousness in a way that relaxes the conscious part of the mind while simultaneously stimulating and focussing the subconscious part. This heightened state of awareness, reached using skilled relaxation techniques, allows the therapist to then make appropriate suggestions.
Hypnotherapy is widely endorsed as a treatment for habit breaking, stress related issues and for a range of long-term conditions. In recent years it has been gaining steam in the medical world.
Hypnotherapy is not to be used whilst driving or operating machinery, or if you suffer from epilepsy, clinical depression or any other psychiatric condition. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.
In the unlikely event that this happens please just get in touch.

It can be also be useful to have someone to confide in. If you have a friend or family member you trust, talk to them. There are self help groups all around the world, such as 12 step groups NA and AA, there are also smart groups. You can find information about groups like this on the internet. Some of these groups have helplines as well. Depending on where you live and your particular problem will depend on the help you can get. Sometimes it can be useful to talk to your doctor first. The Samaritans can be good as well.
