I should know. 15 years ago I got myself into quite a lot of trouble, stopped drinking, taking drugs and set about sorting my life out.
I did lots of training, had quite a bit of coaching and support and I learnt about me, what I wanted and how to make my life work.
I have gone on to support 1000's of people to live happier, healthier lives.

Monthly, 60-90 minute sessions, live using Zoom
Accountability and support from myself and the group.

How to be human, how to make you and your life work.
Whats the big dream, what do you really want.
Acceptance, happiness, fulfilment, peace, its an inside job.
